As the Order and the movement grow, the Public Preceptors need all the help that they can get from everyone in the Order and movement. With your help, they become even more effective in their work: supporting men and women in joining the Order, and supporting the Order in practicing together to bring the Bodhicitta into the world for the benefit of all beings.
You can support the public preceptors in their work by donating:

- Via online giving with your debit or credit card (easiest method for gifts from outside the UK)
The best way to support the Public Preceptors is to set up regular donations via standing order, no matter how large or small that may be. If you're outside the UK, or can't commit to ongoing regular support, you can support the Public Preceptors by making a one-off gift by cheque or over the internet.
With over 800 people training for ordination, the Public Preceptors have their hands full, and really need financial support so that they can concentrate their energies on helping people to join the order. The Public Preceptors travel all over the world to support men and women in training for ordination. By giving your money to support them, they can respond more fully and readily to requests the world over.
A total of £60,000 per year will help the Public Preceptors to carry the ordination training process forward, preparing men and women for ordination. If (when!) this total is met, or exceeded, the Public Preceptors will be able to devote even more of their time and energy to Triratna.
Already, over 100 people have given their support to the Public Preceptors, giving anything from £10 to £1000, as a one-off gift or with regular monthly standing orders. The Public Preceptors send a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who’s supported them so far – each gift of money frees up the Public Preceptors some more to serve the Order and movement.
Every donation makes a difference: one more person supporting the preceptors in their work is one more person connected more deeply to the Public Preceptors College and to the vision of bringing the Bodhicitta into the world through practising together in the Order. All of the financial help that they receive is used wisely, whether for living costs, travel or accommodation expenses, or for administrative help. Without your support, the Public Preceptors can't respond fully to the Order and movement.
